Exchange seminars:

In 2020 and 2021, the exchange seminars will be organized in Serbia, Croatia, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The seminars are aimed at two target groups. The first one compromises a wide range of stakeholders: individuals employed in the State institutions (e.g. social welfare centers, ministries, police departments, and judges), local government and other public institutions, as well as in the NGO sector.  Another target group are MA and PhD law students enrolled at the participating Law Faculties.

Regional Scientific Conference:

 
As the outcome of the exchanging seminars, the legal experts involved will prepare the national reports on the selected topics. Besides, the external experts will provide the reports on the EU standards in the subject matter.  All these reports will be presented and discussed at the Regional Scientific Conference.

Guide to Good Practices:

As the final result of the exchange seminars and the Regional Scientific Conference, a Joint Guide to Good Practices will be published and distributed to all relevant institutions. Hence, the final Project beneficiaries would be all employees in the public services and NGOs dealing with the legal protection of the migrants in general. In terms of A Guide to Good Practices, the final beneficiaries could be the broad range of scholars, especially the academics whose field of expertise is related to the legal protection on the migrants.
